Access the registration forms to register players and team officials
Once logged in to the site, navigate to the registration forms via the "21st JPCYNT" menu option. Hover over it to display the sub-menu and select which form you want to complete.

Fill the registration forms with all the required information.
Fill in the forms with the required information. Each form allows you to enter one individual at a time.

Submit your forms
Once you have entered all the required information, click Submit. NB: You will have to complete and submit the form more than once (once for each player or team official).

You are done!
Once you have submitted the information, the forms will be stored and processed accordingly.
